Refund Policy

At Epic T / Natrusolate Americas Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

1.2 We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

2. Return Process

2.2 Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

4.1 We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page
